Recently introduced, our NDT inspection service is a natural progression from basic paint insection. The request for the service came about during a recent contract which entailed the Contractor carrying out surface preparation to pipework. On numerous occasions the surface preparation exposed severe metal loss or pit corosion, this required either MPI or UT inspection to confirm the pipework remained 'fit for purpose.'
The majority of our paint inspection team have hands on experience of surface preparation and coating application. They can assist your company in establishing a fully trained work force. We can provide technical report writing to confirm your operatives are pre-qualified for Norsok M501 specifications by providing required evidence of the CPT (coating procedure test).
